Will Russia ban Twitter?

Due to continued lack of regulation regarding child pornography, suicide propaganda, drug sale and other illegal activities on Twitter, the Russian government may ban Twitter from the soil of the Russian Federation. Will Russia ban Twitter by June 2021?

The bet results in a "YES" when the decision that either of these 2 will happen is made and it is public information:
1: It is illegal for citizens of the Russian Federation to access "twitter.com"
2. It is impossible to access twitter.com with a Russian IP address.

If the Russian government definitively decides that Twitter will not be banned, such as in the case that Twitter complies with their demands, the bet results in an early "NO".

Extreme exceptions don't count, such as police and government officials having access. It has to be a permanent decision until further notice or a set date no less than 2 months.
All bets 4 days prior to outcome will be returned. Early resolution is possible.
