Will Russia President recognise Jerusalem as Israel's Capital and move Russia Embassy there.
Decision Logic
If the Russian President will recognise Jerusalem as Israel's Capital and move Russia Embassy there before 25th December, 2018, this bet will resolve to YES. If Russian President does not recognise Jerusalem as Israel's Capital and doesn't move Russia Embassy there before 25th December, 2018, this bet will resolve to NO. Even if the Russian President doesn't recognise Jerusalem as Israel's Capital and doesn't move Russia Embassy there before 25th December, 2018 (for ANY reason) this bet will resolve to NO.
