Will Sears/Kmart go out of business by the end of 2017?

Sears bought the Kmart retail chain stores in 2005, however just 2 years after its acquisition in 2007 the company began its way to a steep decline, losing billions in market cap value, and on the journey racking up billions in debt. To topple it off, sales for Sears are down and facing dangerously low levels which could be the breaking point of the 131 year old company. Special notes: Sears Holdings was worth over 1 Billion in April 18, 2017 but as of May 25, 2017 the company is only worth 872.44 million. Shares recently recovered 25% as Sears came in with less losses than expected as of May 25, 2017.

Bet will be decided "yes" if Sears Holdings Corporation files for bankruptcy, of any kind by December 31, 2017. Bet will be decided "No" if Sears continues operational without it filing for bankruptcy.
