Will Sweden indict Assange for rape in 2017?

With the 'warrant for questioning' finally served after six long years of 'arbitrary detention' in the Ecuadorian Embassy, will Sweden's prosecutors finally indict Julian Assange for rape?

The Sweden prosecutor's are required by law to process the charges speedily, with the least possible inconvenience to the person of interest in the case. Therefore, it is hoped that this bet will close at least by Christmas, 2017.

If Assange is indicted with rape under Sweden law and an arrest warrant issued for him to officially attend trial in Sweden, the bet will be declared a YES.

If Sweden issues its report or its judiciary/prosecutors otherwise decline to indict Assange for rape, the bet will be declared a NO.
