Decision Logic

This will resolve yes if the House of Representatives passes one or more articles of impeachment of President Donald Trump by November 7th, 2019. Early resolution possible. Wagers made 48 hours before a possible impeachment will be refunded.

Does anyone know -- if Trump ceases to be president before the House passes any article of impeachment, does this bet get nullified, (canceled), or does it resolve as a NO?
