Will the Democratic party maintain control of the US House of Representatives after the 2020 election?

If a simple majority of house seats are occupied by registered members of the democratic party after the election on November 3, 2020 this bet will resolve to YES.

If a simple majority of house seats are occupied by registered Republicans after this time or neither major party holds a majority of house seats, this bet will resolve to NO.
