The final trade on October 15th on bitstamp.net as reported by bitcoincharts.com will be used. If the last trade before midnight UTC on October 15th is $425.00 or higher, then the outcome will be Yes.

@ahentov - parimutuel is fine also, if he has a lot of coin, he can effectively 'control the odds' using parimutuel bets. See https://www.betmoose.com/faq#betting3

MJAngler, this contract was set up as parimutel, and then you bet both sides. I saw that you only signed up the day before you created this. I get the feeling you were trying back both sides and make a market? If you were, you should use "fixed odds" instead of "parimutuel" when setting up the contract
