Decision Logic
YES if the price is strictly below $1900 at any point between now and UTC 00:00 January 1st, using the Bitstamp exchange as the point of reference. NO if the price never goes below $1900 during the time period. All "YES" bets within 3 days of the "YES" outcome will be refunded.

But who wil get 0.080 btc? Seems then we had to refund NO bets either.

Bitcoin touched 1850 on bitstamp. So all YES bets within 3 days will be refunded. The first 0.05 bet was placed on 14:48 24.05. It seems that we had to refund all YES bets.
