Decision Logic
We will use https://www.bitstamp.net/ as price source. We will compare the daily price (hoover over the chart to see) from June 1 to the price from June 30 . If the price is higher on the latter date the bet resolves as YES. If the price is lower or same (down to the penny) the bet resolves as NO.
