Will the price of Bitcoin go up during week 13?
Decision Logic
We will use https://www.bitstamp.net/ as price source. We will compare the daily price (hoover over the chart to see) from March 27 to the price from April 2. If the price is higher on the latter date the bet resolves as YES. If the price is lower or same (down to the penny) the bet resolves as NO.
