Will the price of Bitcoin reach $9000 or $7000 first?

Decision Logic

(1) The bet will be resolved early if the price of Bitcoin reaches $9000 or $7000 before the 'Outcome Date'.
  
(2) If the price of Bitcoin does NOT reach $9000 or $7000 before the 'Outcome Date' then the 'Neither' option will be resolved as the winning bet.
  
(3) CoinMarketCap's Bitcoin chart and UTC will be used to determine the winning outcome.
  
(4) Any bet submitted after the betting deadline will be disqualified and refunded.
