Will the price of Bitcoin fall below $7700 before April 2018?

Decision Logic

YES if the price is strictly below $7700 at any point between now and UTC 00:00 April 1st, using the Bitstamp exchange as the point of reference. NO if the price never goes below $7700 during the time period. In case of Bitcoin fork and chain split "Bitcoin" is the most valuable bitcoin chain.
All "YES" bets within 7 days of the "YES" outcome will be refunded.

@sanko We don't pick and choose. We set an early outcome which automatically refunds all bets in that period.

@Avalon Why did you refund NO bets in https://www.betmoose.com/bet/3694? There is no such rule in "decision logic".
