Will there be a 3.0+ earthquake in the US w/in 3 days?

Will there be a 3.0+ earthquake in the contiguous lower 48 US states in the next 3 days (Hawaii and Alaska don't count)? The bet may resolve itself early if a 3.0+ earthquake occurs before the April 5 , 10 pm EST deadline.

The record of US earthquakes is recorded at https://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/ Should there be a 3.0+ earthquake between April 2, 10 pm EST to April 5, 10 pm EST then the bet will resolve as "yes." If not, "no."
