Will there still be a Government shutdown on Feb. 1?

The US Federal Government is in a partial shutdown since December 22, 2018. Since the start of this bet, we are at Day 25 of the shutdown, the longest in US history. Would congress and Trump make a deal or will we still be in a shutdown on February 1, 2019?

For a Yes outcome, the government must be shutdown every day until at least 12:00 PM Washington DC time on February 1. If a short-term funding deal is reached and the government shutdowns again by Feb. 1, this will not be a Yes outcome. If legislation passes that provides back pay for federal workers, but doesn't fund the government, the government would still be shutdown (therefore Yes outcome). For a No outcome, either a long-term or short-term funding bill must pass and signed by President Trump that funds the government anytime before noon Feb. 1. Early resolution will happen if a deal is reached and most recent bets refunded.
