Will Toshiba declare bankruptcy in 2017?

Toshiba has been having severe financial difficulties recently, they have had a major accounting scandal in 2015 and have just had to take an almost $6 Billion dollar write-off last week. The CEO said they may not survive.
But they have some valuable assets they could possibly sell, or perhaps the Japanese government may bail them out.
What do you think? Will Toshiba declare bankruptcy in 2017?

If Toshiba Corporation, Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan declares bankruptcy during 2017, then the result will be a "yes". If they do not, the result will be a "no".
If for whatever reason a bankruptcy cannot possibly occur, for example if Toshiba is bought out and sold and ceases to exist, the monies bet will be refunded.
The result will be confirmed if the story is run in one of the following news sites or Newspapers: CNN, FOX News, NBC News, MSNBC, BBC News, CBC News; New York Times, Washington Post, The Japan Times, The Yomiuri Shinbun, The Asahi Shinbun.
