In light of the alleged 2021 voter fraud, former national security advisor Michael Flynn, Tom Zawistowski and General McInerney are calling for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act, suspend Habeas Corpus and declare Martial Law.

Decision Logic

If nothing happens, the bet will be resolved on April 31st. The bet can be resolved sooner if the President Trump declares Martial Law or the Insurrection Act before the outcome date.
