Decision Logic
If Trump meets Putin at anytime in the first 100 days then the bet confirms as "Yes." If he does not meet Putin in the first 100 days then the bet resolves as "No." The first day will begin on Inauguration Day January 20th, 2017 and end on the 100th day: April 29th, 2017. Early resolution is possible. The meeting can take place anywhere. Legitimate news source confirms: CNN/NYT/NBC
