Bet wins if Donald Trump grants pardon commutation, or clemency to Julian Assange by the end of this year.
Decision Logic
Clemency sufficient for Yes to win will be considered to have been granted only if Julian Assange name appears on the official list maintained on the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney website (https://www.justice.gov/pardon/clemencyrecipients) on or before 31 Dec, 2020 for any duration of time.
Bets placed on the day that the pardon, commutation, or clemency is first announced on mainstream news will be cancelled.
