On or before December 31, 2017, President Donald Trump shall grant clemency to Julian Assange for one or more criminal offenses, charges or convictions. Such clemency will be considered to have been granted if Mr. Assange appears on the official list of presidential pardons and commutations granted by President Trump, maintained by the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney (https://www.justice.gov/pardon/clemencyrecipients). While the granting of such clemency must take place on or before December 31, 2017, publication of an updated list reflecting such clemency need not occur by that date.

A direct announcement of clemency/pardon/commutation/etc from Trump or his representatives will also count as a "yes" result.
