Will Trump Pardon Manafort?

Will President Donald Trump grant a pardon to former Trump presidential campaign manager Paul Manafort?

Resolves as YES if Mr. Manafort appears on the official list of presidential pardons, maintained by the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney (available upon launch of this proposition at https://www.justice.gov/pardon/clemencyrecipients). While the granting of such pardon must take place on or before the Outcome Date, publication of an updated list reflecting such pardon need not occur by that date. Early resolution is possible. All bets placed within 48 hours of the pardon being granted will be refunded. If no pardon is granted by the Outcome Date, then the proposition resolves NO.
