Decision Logic

Clemency sufficient for Yes to win will be considered to have been granted only if Rudy Giulianis name appears on the official list maintained on the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney website (https://www.justice.gov/pardon/clemencyrecipients) on or before Jan 26 2021 for any duration of time. Bets placed on the day that the pardon, commutation, or clemency is first announced on mainstream news will be cancelled.

This has got to be the dumbest bet i've seen on here so far. Pardon Giuliani for what? You could make a bet about Trump pardoning Steven Seagal and it'd make about as much sense as this.
