Due to current legal challenges in the election. The outcome of this bet will be determine based on the announcement of election results on 06 Jan 2021 based on results announced by Mike Pence.

8 December 2020: Deadline for resolving election disputes at the state level. All state recounts and court contests over presidential election results are to be completed by this date.

14 December 2020: Electors vote by paper ballot in their respective state capitols and also in the District of Columbia.

6 January 2021: House and Senate hold a joint session to count the electoral votes. Vice President Mike Pence will announce the results.

20 January 2021: President-elect is sworn into office on Inauguration Day.
