Will Donald Trump win the 2020 election?

This bet is currently set to resolve in November 2018 because that's the maximum allowable time in the Betmoose GUI, but if we ask super nicely the devs might extend this to the correct date in 2020 (or refund any bets).

Decision Logic

If Trump wins, this bet will resolve to YES.
If Trump does not win, this bet will resolve to NO. Even if he doesn't win because he doesn't run (for ANY reason) this bet will resolve to NO.
