Will Congress pass a bill legalizing marijuana on a federal level? Industrial hemp has just been legalized with bipartisan support!
Decision Logic
Yes:Legalized or No:Remains Illegal. If there is no mention of it on a ballot anywhere, it will be a NO, but if all 50 states legalize and force Federal Law to be revised then it will be a YES.
