With the launch of Lyft's IPO Uber is racing to get their company public as soon as they can. They have already filed to go public in december and reports are saying they should go public by the April on New York Stock exchange.

Decision Logic

If this turns out to be true then you have the option to say yes if not say no.
To verify this Uber will appear on the New York Exchange and various media should report to confirm that it has gone public.
