Will US Stock Market Crash This Year?

The US stock market is at all time highs and most believe there'll be a correction and some believe a crash is unavoidable. With North Korea rattling its sabers, Russia challenging the US in the Middle East, numerous terrorists attacks, and other crazy items... any event can cause a crash. This bet will track whether or not a 'circuit breaker' is triggered this calendar year.

This bet will track the NYSE and nothing else. If MarketWatch.com, WSJ.com, and/or cnbc.com report that a circuit breaker was triggered by December 31st, this bet will resolve as a yes. If no such report exists then the bet will resolve as a no.
