Description

As per the recent filing (http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/05/08/winklevoss-twins-to-list-bitcoin-fund-on-nasdaq/), the Winklevoss Twins have chosen to list on the NASDAQ, will this ETF finally see the light of day??
July 2nd update: Looks like the plan is to list it with ticker COIN. No new information on trade-open date.

Decision Logic

If the proposed "BTC" ETF opens and is available to retail investors (ie; your average brokerage house) to purchase, this bet resolves as Yes. Must occur within 2014. Currently, there is no known issue/start trading date so the bet outcome date may be resolved prematurely if they get it out before December 31st.

It pretty much has to be yes.. I don't think they'll stop - plus, now that bitcoin is property in the US, should be easier. Though, doubts and resistances remain...
