Xapo will back down on debit card fees

Xapo recently announced a fee schedule for their debit card, which contradicts some of their earlier statements that it would come without fees. The Bitcoin community has not responded positively to this development. Will Xapo reduce or remove any of the current fees as part of an attempt at better public relations?

The latest fee schedule (as of August 2) can be found at http://i.imgur.com/EyRlXJp.png (also listed in the comments). If any of the existing fees are reduced or removed by Xapo before the end of September 2014, the bet will resolve as Yes.
