"Yes" will have more bets than "No" (Bot proof)

Bet on the outcome of the bet. The bet counting will be done in a way to prevent a bot from changing the outcome at the last second, so placing a bunch of bets all at once will only count as one bet.

The outcome with the most bets will win, with the following caveats:

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Any bets on the same option placed within the same minute will only count as ONE bet. For example if Yes gets multiple bets all placed at 7:29PM, Jul 29, they will only be counted as one bet in the final tally.

The betting volume DOES NOT affect the outcome, just the number of bets.
