So we will be betting on which CONFERENCE, NOT TEAM, wins Super Bowl L.
That means there will be 2 outcomes: AFC wins, or NFC wins.
Betting ends at January 1st 2016 00:00 AEST.

Pretty damn straight forward.
We'll use the scores from nfl.com at final time.
Super Bowl L is February 7, 2016. But heck it's probably in American time.
To avoid confusion, we'll set the outcome date to February 10 00:00 AEST.
