Will a US President be charged with a crime in 2018?

This bet is for which president will be charged with a crime first or no one.
Speculation exists that suggest past presidents misdeeds. From Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and even the current president Donald Trump. Everybody should be aware of the Clinton scandals and the Russia-Trump investigation. Obama helped protect a drug lord/organized crime group in exchange for the Iran Nuke deal and also talk about money laundering in sending cash on a plane.

This will resolve once news reports an indictment of an US president. Bill Clinton does not include Hillary, but I wouldn't be surprised if he does something illegal to protect his wife. "Other" refers to Bush, Bush Sr, and Carter. If no president is indicted before 12/31/2018, 11:59 PM ET, this will resolve as "no one"
