Will Medina Spirit's 2021 Kentucky Derby win get DQ'd?!

Medina Spirit won 1st place in the 2021 Kentucky Derby and then tested positive for banned substance in its post race drug test. On June 2nd, Medina Spirit tested positive for banned substance in a follow up drug test. This bet is simply on whether or not the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission will actually disqualify Medina Spirit's 2021 Derby win.

Wager will resolve in favor of “YES" if Medina Spirit's 2021 Kentucky Derby win is disqualified by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission ("Commission"). Disqualification of Medina Spirit must be confirmed by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission on or before July 18, 2021 at noon (ETA). Otherwise, this wager will resolve to “NO”.
