Bitcoin Breakup in 2017?

Will there be a hardfork involving Bitcoin in 2017?

With the drama, FUD and war in bitcoin reaching fever pitch we could end up with a split and two chains... Bitcoin and Bitcoin Unlimited... it'll only happen with a hardfork, will we see one in 2017?

For this proposition to resolve as YES the following must be true:

A miner, or group of miners, must mine a block incompatible with current consensus rules, or otherwise split, and maintain this chain for a minimum of 2016 blocks. This chain must, at the time the 2016th block, have a market cap of >$500 million according to coinmarketcap.com and be listed for trade on Poloniex.

The block creating the fork must occur in 2017 UTC, after any split or hardfork the 2016th block must occur within 2 months.

If segwit is accepted into Bitcoin and no other chain exists meeting above requirements this bet resolves as NO.
