Description

The last bet wins. The game ends when no other bets are made within 24 hours

Decision Logic

The game starts when the first bet is made. The game ends as soon as no bets has been made within an 24 hour period (or at the betting deadline if 24 hours without a bet never is reached). The side with the last bet wins.
The last bet will be the bet highest up the "Placed bets" list, even if it was placed at the same time as another bet.

I like the idea of betting big on both sides early, you probably end up a clear winner no matter which side wins, if bets keep coming in. I might do it another day.
