YES Wins if: Donald Trump's three-day rolling average job approval rate for March 7 - 9, 2017, shall be 43% or higher, as rounded to the nearest whole percentage point, based on the polling series "Gallup Daily: Trump Job Approval" published at Gallup.com. Should a three-day rolling average job approval rate for the stated date range not be published, the most recently published number in that polling series as of 1:15 p.m. (ET) on March 10, 2017 will be substituted.

If Trump's approval Gallup approval rating is below 43%, when rounded to the nearest whole percentage point, then the bet resolves NO.
