Will 1oz of Silver be worth more then 20$ before the end of Wednesday, October 1st?

Decision Logic

If you think that 1oz of Silver will be worth more then 20$ USD/oz before the end of Wednesday, October 1st you choose YES.
 
If you think that 1oz of Silver will be worth less then 20$ USD/oz before the end of Wednesday, October 1st you choose NO.
 
If at any time before the outcome time silver rises to $20 or more, this bet will resolve as 'Yes'. Otherwise, the bet will resolve as 'No' on October 1st. Price will be taken from: http://silverprice.org/
