Who will become president?

Decision Logic

If the decision desks at CNN, CBS, ABC, Fox News and NBC agree and the candidate with the second highest votes according to the networks does not legally challenge the results to an extend that could change the overall outcome, the bet will resolve in favour of the candidate with the most votes according to the networks.

If this is not the case, the bet will resolve in favour of the candidate with the most electoral votes as certified by congress on 01.06.2025.

If either Trump or Biden is not running in the election, the bet will be refunded. If a third candidate wins over Trump and Biden, the bet will be refunded. If the election does not take place on 11.05.2024, the bet will be refunded.
