If by any other reason, Joe will not be elected - NO will win.

*In an event of a re-election(Meaning everyone will need to vote again) , NO will win.

He was elected, the votes were tabulated and in his favour. So in essence he did win the election. The rioting to prevent him from being sworn in is an entirely different matter. Pence has refused to elect Trump based on his wishful thinking.

@cryptoman In my opinion, he won the election if he dies before inauguration, but was confirmed on the 6th by congress. You might have to consult with site admin if that happens, though.

What happens in case of Biden's death or irreversible impairment? He's not exactly young and I am somehow concerned about his health. If he gets confirmed of 6th Jan, but he dies/gets extremely sick before the 21st Jan inauguration, will this bet resolve as YES? Sorry for this apparently obvious question, but I see a lot of controversy lately. I just want to be sure about the decision logic before placing money in this pot. Thanks.
