Will Jon Jones win the UFC LH Championship?

On 10 October, 2018, it was announced that Jon Jones would be returning to the UFC in a rematch against Alexander Gustafsson for the vacant UFC Light Heavyweight championship. Not only has Gustafsson arguably come the closest of any of Jones' previous championship opponents to beating him, but Jones has also been away from the UFC for over a year. Can he win the championship for a 3rd time?

The criteria for judgement are pretty simple: if the fight occurs as scheduled, either Jones or Gustafsson will win the fight, whether by finish or by decision. Because it involves Jones, however, I'll wait to call the result until 3 days following the event - I'll add a result possibility that the fight is cancelled, and if the event result is overturned in any way, the bet will not pay out and all bets will be returned.
