Decision Logic

If Nancy Pelosi is the first-elected speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives in the 116th Congress, bet resolves as YES. Otherwise, resolves NO. Early resolution is possible immediately after the 2018 general election if it becomes obvious and widely agreed upon who the next Speaker of the House will be.

Nothing has officially been announced yet about who the next speaker will be. It's assumed it will be Pelosi but I won't resolve this until it is official.
