Will the USD/TRY rate exceed 1 USD=10TL before 2021?

Hello all, Turkey's currency the Lira has been on a negative trend against the USD for some time now. The Lira's value recently reached an all time low against the USD on the 6 of November at 1 USD = 8.48 TRY. It then rebounded to 7.54 and has been following a negative trend from there and stands at 7.93 November 26th 2020. Do you think the USD/TRY exchange rate will reach 1USD=10TRY before 2021?

"Yes" if the price is strictly above 1USD =10TRY at any point between now and Dec 31 2021 23:59 UTC. I will be checking the price at https://www.tradingview.com/symbols/USDTRY/, with FXCM as the point of reference. "No but above 0" will be true if the price is anywhere lower than 10.00, yet at the same time higher than 9.00 at Dec 31 2021 23:59 UTC. "No" if the price never goes above 9.00.
