Will there be riots regarding the final decision of the 2020 elections?

Decision Logic

The bet outcome will take place on Feb 20.
If there will be riots(for one time at least) in any of the 50 United States until then, YES will win.
If not, NO will win.
Riots meaning violent protests in any states and either vandalism, or violence against the police or any other government facility, and of course coverage on the news.

Can you clarify more on how this outcome will be determined? Like is a riot something that is declared a riot by the police? If there is civil unrest but the police do not use the term "riot" is it still a riot? I realize this is likely "obviously we all know what a riot is" but when money is on the line it might be useful to explicitly define it. Also it says "(for one time at least)" does that mean only one riot has to happen somewhere in America?
