Decision Logic
As of April 15, 2020 there are 5 countries with 100,000 or more cases: USA, Spain, Italy, France, Germany. Goal is to predict number of such countries as of April 27. For each country will use "total cases" number for April 27. Data source: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/#countries
