Will SpaceX's Starship orbit any satellites in 2024?

SpaceX has had two spectacular Starship RSUBEDs (rapid sorta unscheduled but expected disassemblies) in 2023. Will a Starship reach orbit and deliver one or more satellites into orbit in 2024?

If one or more Starship rockets successfully place one or more satellites into orbit in 2024, bet resolves to YES.

If no Starship rockets successfully place any satellites into orbit in 2024, bet resolves to NO.

Bet is contingent on at least two allowed launches in 2024; if the Biden administration (or other events) block SpaceX from launching more than a single Starship in 2024, bet shall be refunded.

Winning bets must be placed at least one calendar day before a successful launch. Bets placed the same day of a successful launch, or after that, shall be refunded.

This bet may resolve early, if SpaceX succeeds.
