Will stimulus/covid relief checks of at least $2,000 max benefit be passed and signed by the president by the end of June, 2021?

Decision Logic

A bill authorizing the US Government to send at least $2,000 in direct payments must be passed and signed by the end of June. Money does not have to be received in bank accounts, but the bill must be passed and signed.

This bet only refers to the maximum benefit received by the lowest income earners. For example, the previous covid relief/stimulus checks were $1,200 and $600.

In order to resolve yes, there will need to be a specific bill # and name that is widely reported as having been passed. There should be little doubt as to whether or not this has happened.

Will be resolved early if bill passes earlier.

"This bet only refers to the maximum benefit received by the lowest income earners." - Because the rules specify the covid benefit must be sent to the lowest income "earners" (i.e. plural, not singular), the covid relief bill must confirm payments to a designated income class of people (i.e. payment to one person is not sufficient to satisfy rules).

"max benefit" - as long as direct checks for 2,000 go to one person, it doesn't matter if everyone else gets $10. Just don't try to rules lawyer, this should be straightforward.

What if multiple checks (say one of 1400 and another of 600) are passed before the date? Does that count? And what if those checks are only valid for a certain portion of Americans (low-middle class). ?
