Fun facts! And raison d'être: This bet has been done before, but with a time multiplier attached to it. Easily identified as a pyramid-structured investment game (bet on both sides early, the guys with low-multipliers will fund you), new bettors were discouraged from participating and the proposition died early on. With all bets equally weighted, this should be a much more interesting and engaging game. Let's play!

Decision Logic

The side with the last bet wins if no other bets are made in a 24 hour time period. If two sides bet at the exact same time, the one which is registered at the top of the betting list will prevail. If the proposition makes it to the end of the betting deadline without having experienced 24 hours of non-betting, then the last bet's side wins.

Well, I'm the initial bettor, so I can either let you win or try to keep this bet going. On a site that allows anonymous betting it should be clear that the same user can keep betting (since you cannot identify who made each bet), but I'm just clarifying that so there is no confusion.

I have made a report to add something I forgot to put in the decision logic. "In the event that the game lasts until the end of the betting deadline without experiencing a 24 period without betting, the last bet wins."

The game starts when someone (other than myself) places a bet. I'll leave this up for a week and if no one bets then I will have it cancelled.
