Description
Will any mining pool exceed 50% of Bitcoin's hashing power again this year?
Decision Logic
https://blockchain.info/pools?timespan=24hrs will be used as a reference. If any known pool achieves more than 50% of the hash rate before the end of 2014, the bet will resolve as Yes. "Unknown" does not count as a known pool.

FYI, mining pools are careful not to have more than 49.99% of the total # of blocks mined as this could create a security vulnerability. One mining pool has passed 50% but quickly reduced it's holdings to fall back in a more comfortable range. Highly unlikely that any pool will even attempt to come close to 50% except by accident
