In December the worldwide total daily cases reported by the NYT was nearly 900,000 will it hit 1 million by March 1st, 2021?

Decision Logic

We'll be using the NYT as the source for covid statistics, if it passes 1 million new daily reported cases before 11:59pm PST on February 28th 2021 and you answered "Yes" than you win. If you it doesn't pass 1 million and you answered "No" then you win.
