Errr. No. $820 was crossed on Bitstamp at 2:49PM GMT, not 2:27PM GMT (or whatever the cutoff is).

Using title as determining factor of the possibility of early resolution as decision logic isn't totally clear.

@kane Well, this bet is unclear. Title says "820 Before 2017". Decription says "The price of one Bitcoin in USD will rise above $820.
The bet will resolve early if it passes $820 before then." If admin goes after the title my last two bets should be removed. If they go after Description my last bet should be removed.
