Decision Logic
The bet is whether Bitcoin will be worth (touch at any point) at least $5,000.01 USD by 00:00 GMT, Jan 1, 2015.
If it breaks $5,000 any time between now and then, this will resolve early and be paid out in favour of 'Yes'.
'No' wins if the Bitcoin $USD price remains below 5000.00 USD.
